I work closely with each client to develop a customized treatment plan that will be most beneficial to each client. Much of my work includes a combination of relaxation, deep tissue, stretching, and trigger point release to maximize the benefits of the massage. I strive to provide each client with a massage that will leave them feeling relaxed and in better health.
